Elizabeth is a results-driven social investment leader with over 14 years of experience designing, managing, and scaling high-impact development programs across Kenya and Uganda. Prior to joining Edify, she served at Equity Group Foundation, where she provided strategic leadership across five thematic pillars: education, enterprise development, agriculture, social protection, and climate action.
She has a strong track record in program development, monitoring and evaluation, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional team leadership. Elizabeth has supported social investment initiatives across more than 240 Equity Bank branches in Kenya and Uganda. She has successfully collaborated with government institutions and global development partners, ensuring full compliance, strong partner retention, and measurable impact.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, Uganda, and has earned multiple professional certifications in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, and Leadership.
She is deeply committed to sustainable development, data-driven decision-making, and empowering communities through education and inclusive growth. Her passion for children and advancing the education sector is evident in both her professional work and her volunteering in community initiatives, where she serves with a Christ-centered commitment to giving back.
